InnerVue SMS Opt-In Process
InnerVue uses SMS (text messaging) to invite individuals to participate in anonymous feedback for someone they know. All SMS messages sent by InnerVue are transactional and non-marketing.
How Users Provide Consent
A user is invited to participate in an InnerVue feedback request.
Before any SMS messages are sent, the user is asked to provide their mobile phone number within the InnerVue platform.
The user must actively check an unchecked consent checkbox explicitly agreeing to receive SMS (text messages) from InnerVue.
The consent language clearly explains:
The purpose of the messages
That participation is optional
That message frequency is limited
That users may opt out at any time by replying STOP
The user cannot proceed unless consent is explicitly provided.
What Messages Are Sent
After consent is collected, InnerVue sends:
One SMS containing the invitation link
A limited number of reminder messages related to the same invitation
Participation details related to the feedback request
InnerVue does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Opt-Out and Help
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Users may request help by replying HELP or by contacting support@innervue.com.
