1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to InnerVue ("we," "our," "us," or "the Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and InnerVue governing your access to and use of our 360-degree feedback platform, website, and related services (collectively, "the Service").
The Service is provided through our website at yourinnervue.com and our web application at app.yourinnervue.com. Both are operated by InnerVue (same company, same root domain).
By accessing, browsing, or using InnerVue (at either domain), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://yourinnervue.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use InnerVue. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
3. Description of Service
InnerVue is a 360-degree feedback platform that enables users ("Seekers") to complete self-assessments, invite others ("Vuers") to provide anonymous feedback, and receive reports with insights and growth plans. The Service includes our web application, assessment tools, anonymous feedback collection, AI-powered analysis, and communication tools (email and SMS). We use third-party services for payments, hosting, and messaging.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harm others, to attempt to identify anonymous feedback providers, to resell or commercialize the Service without authorization, or to reverse engineer or misuse our systems. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant InnerVue a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service, generate reports, and improve our services. You represent that your content is accurate and does not violate third-party rights. Vuer feedback is collected anonymously; you agree not to attempt to identify individual Vuer responses.
7. Payment Terms
Certain features require payment. Fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. We may change pricing with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including content, features, and functionality, is owned by InnerVue and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. "InnerVue" and related marks are our trademarks.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, OpenAI). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and are not professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnerVue and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved may be resolved by binding arbitration, except for small claims or injunctive relief. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
15. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., indemnification, limitations of liability) will survive.
16. Additional Terms for Specific Features
16.1 SMS Communications. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS from InnerVue:
You consent to receive transactional and relationship SMS (e.g., feedback invitations, reminders, account notifications) at the number you provide.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preferences in the app at app.yourinnervue.com.

16.2 Anonymous Feedback. You agree to respect Vuer anonymity, not to attempt to identify individual Vuer responses, and to use feedback constructively.
16.3 AI-Enhanced Features. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Use your judgment when acting on them. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI content.
17. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InnerVue. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign without restriction. Notices to you may be sent via email or in-app notification.
