Welcome to InnerVue ("we," "our," "us," or "the Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InnerVue governing your access to and use of our 360-degree feedback platform, website, and related services (collectively, "the Service").
By accessing, browsing, or using InnerVue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use InnerVue. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 16 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
2.2 Account Responsibility
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that:
You have authority to bind that organization to these Terms
The organization agrees to be bound by these Terms
You will ensure all users from your organization comply with these Terms
2.3 Prohibited Users
You may not use the Service if:
You are under 16 years of age
You have been previously banned from the Service
You are located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited
Your use would violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. Description of Service
InnerVue is a 360-degree feedback platform that enables users ("Seekers") to:
Complete self-assessments across 14 Growth Mindset competencies
Invite others ("Vuers") to provide anonymous feedback
Receive comprehensive reports with AI-enhanced insights
Access personalized growth plans and recommendations
The Service includes:
Web-based application
Assessment tools and questionnaires
Anonymous feedback collection system
AI-powered analysis and reporting
Communication tools (email and SMS)
Payment processing for premium features
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must:
Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
Maintain and update your account information as necessary
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
All activities that occur under your account
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
Logging out after each session
Using strong, unique passwords
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Remove accounts that are inactive for extended periods
Delete accounts at our discretion, with or without notice
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
We may delete or deactivate your account and information
Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
Harmful Content:
Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening
Post content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
Share malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Privacy Violations:
Attempt to identify anonymous feedback providers
Share or disclose feedback in ways that violate anonymity
Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
Impersonate any person or entity
Service Interference:
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Overload or attempt to overload our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Commercial Use:
Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without authorization
Use the Service to compete with InnerVue
Extract data for competitive purposes
Intellectual Property:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use InnerVue's trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
6. User Content and Feedback
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including:
Assessment responses
Reflection answers
Profile information
Feedback you provide as a Vuer
6.2 License to InnerVue
By submitting content, you grant InnerVue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
Generate reports, insights, and analyses from your content
Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
Share content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., with service providers)
6.3 Content Standards
You are solely responsible for content you submit. You represent and warrant that your content:
Is accurate and truthful
Does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)
Does not contain confidential or proprietary information of others
Complies with all applicable laws
6.4 Anonymous Feedback
Important: When you invite Vuers to provide feedback:
Vuer responses are collected anonymously
We take measures to protect Vuer anonymity
You agree not to attempt to identify individual Vuer responses
You agree to use feedback responsibly and constructively
6.5 AI Processing
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
Your feedback may be processed using AI services (OpenAI)
AI processing enhances feedback tone and generates insights
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes
You should use your judgment when acting on AI-generated insights
6.6 Content Removal
We reserve the right to:
Remove content that violates these Terms
Delete inappropriate or harmful content
Refuse to process content that doesn't meet our standards
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription or making a payment:
You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase
Fees are charged in advance for subscription periods
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
Prices are subject to change with notice
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:
Provide accurate payment information
Authorize us to charge your payment method
Comply with Stripe's terms of service
Pay all applicable taxes
7.3 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless:
You cancel before the renewal date

We terminate your subscription

Supabase (authentication and database)

Twilio (SMS delivery)
OpenAI (AI processing)
PostHog (analytics)
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
The availability or performance of third-party services
Third-party service terms or practices
Any issues arising from third-party service integration
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Immediate resolution of technical issues
Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Availability at all times
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only
Feedback analysis is based on provided information and may not be complete
Reports and recommendations are not professional advice
You should use your judgment when acting on insights
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
10.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNERVUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
10.5 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InnerVue regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.

When using AI-enhanced features:
You acknowledge that AI processing may modify content
AI-generated insights are for informational purposes
You should use your judgment when acting on AI recommendations
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI insights
17. Acknowledgment
By using InnerVue, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be bound by these Terms
You are at least 16 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
