SMS & Text Messaging Consent
Your Agreement to Receive Messages
InnerVue's legal pages (including this one) are at yourinnervue.com. The web application where you sign in and manage SMS preferences is at app.yourinnervue.com. Both are operated by InnerVue (same company, same root domain).
By providing your mobile phone number to InnerVue and checking the consent box, you expressly agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. SMS messages are sent only to the mobile phone number you provide in the opt-in flow. This includes:
Feedback collection reminders to complete your InnerVue assessment
Important updates about your feedback process and results
Growth insights and tips related to your personal development journey
Account notifications regarding your InnerVue experience
Messaging is transactional and not for marketing. All messages are related to your use of the InnerVue service (feedback invitations, reminders, and account-related updates).
Campaign and Scope
SMS consent applies only to the InnerVue feedback invitation and reminder campaign. This is the single, named campaign for which you are opting in.
Consent is not transferable to other campaigns, products, or services.
Consent is not bundled with other product or marketing communications.
A new opt-in would be required for any future SMS campaigns.
SMS consent is campaign-specific and non-transferable. It is not hidden in our Terms of Use; this page contains the full SMS terms.
Message Frequency & Timing
Assessment Period: Up to 8 messages during your active feedback collection (typically 2–3 weeks)
Follow-up Messages: 1–2 messages per month with growth insights and check-ins
Account Updates: Occasional messages for important account or service updates
Messages are typically sent during business hours (9 AM–6 PM ET, Monday–Friday), though urgent notifications may be sent outside these hours. Frequency is limited and event-based.
Your Consent & Rights
You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of using InnerVue's services. Text messaging is an optional communication method designed to enhance your experience.
You have the right to:
Opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message
Get help by texting HELP to any message
Change your preferences by contacting us at support@innervue.com
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. InnerVue does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's rates will apply for both sent and received messages.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging service works with all major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most smaller regional carriers.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your phone number and messaging preferences are protected under our Privacy Policy. We:
Never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
Keep your data secure using industry-standard encryption
Only use your number for InnerVue-related communications (this campaign)
Delete your number if you opt out or close your account

Technical Requirements
To receive our messages, you need:
A mobile phone capable of receiving SMS text messages
Service with a supported wireless carrier
Sufficient plan coverage for text messaging

To stop receiving messages:
Text STOP to any InnerVue message
Email us at support@innervue.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject
Update your preferences in your InnerVue account settings
Once you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message, then no further messages unless you opt back in.

Changes to This Policy
We may update these SMS terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the messaging service or via email. Continued use of our text messaging service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The following links and description are provided for compliance reviewers to validate the InnerVue feedback invitation and reminder SMS campaign.
Opt-in method: Users provide their mobile phone number in a dedicated field and check a standalone, unchecked checkbox that states they agree to receive recurring automated text messages from InnerVue at the phone number provided, with msg & data rates may apply, msg frequency varies, reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel, and view Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For Seekers, this occurs in the in-app notification consent flow (after login). For Vuers (feedback providers), the Seeker provides the Vuer's phone when sending an invite; the Vuer then sees a consent screen with the same consent language and opts in for that campaign only.
