InnerVue SMS Messaging Terms
InnerVue’s SMS messaging service is optional and is used only to support participation in a specific, user-initiated anonymous feedback request.
InnerVue does not use SMS for marketing, promotions, advertising, ongoing engagement, or subscription-based messaging.
Message Types
One SMS invitation link related to a specific feedback request
A limited number of reminder messages related to the same feedback request
Participation-related notifications directly tied to that request
Message Frequency
Messages are event-based and limited to the duration of an active feedback request. Once the feedback request is completed or expires, no further SMS messages are sent.
Consent and Opt-Out
Consent to receive SMS (text messages) is collected via a clear, unchecked checkbox within the InnerVue platform before any messages are sent.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, users will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless they explicitly opt back in through the InnerVue platform.

Privacy
Phone numbers are used solely for InnerVue-related communications tied to a specific feedback request. Phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties and are handled in accordance with the InnerVue Privacy Policy.
